What do you like most about your job?

The relationship-based nature of our work allows for being involved in many aspects of clients’ lives. Seeing the odds being stacked more in their favor because of our inputs is incredibly rewarding.

If you had to pick another occupation, what would it be?

Medicine, without a doubt. Becoming a financial planner was partially my way to simulate the work of a primary care physician.

What is your biggest professional achievement?

The degree of trust placed by clients, colleagues, and mentors.

What do you do outside of the office?

My two small kids currently eat up the vast majority of non-office hours. Feeding people is my love language, so hosting brunches and dinners is always a big source of joy.

What is some of the best advice you have received?

Don’t do something just because you can.

What is your most memorable trip or vacation?

Exploring Angkor Wat temples over a few weeks and camping in the red rocks of Arizona and Utah.

What is the next bucket list item you are planning to check?

A national parks road trip with the kids.
